    Great craftsmanship

Posted by Ed on 2nd Feb 2015

Although I haven't fished with this yet I'm really impressed with the quality. I did go out in the yard one day and cast a 1/4 oz jig around and it was great. Can't wait to get out in the boat and kayak when it warms up.

    Great pole for canoeing

Posted by Frank on 12th May 2014

This is an awesome rod to have in your arsenal. For canoeing, you don't have 6 feet of rod to mess with while trying to paddle about. It has a different cast from a standard rod and reel and takes a little bit of practice. I still haven't figured out the slingshot method, perhaps I'm too nervous about sticking a hook in my hand while trying to do it. Standing shoreside with little kids running around, I can cast with fewer worries of hooking a nice 2-3 foot child. The hook is kept close to the tip and with a flick of the wrist I can send it out a good 50-60 feet. And I don't have to worry about the kids as much. It takes a little muscling to break it down, but I'm okay with that. I will get some good mileage out of it.

    great backpack/bugout pole

Posted by Anthony Joseph on 3rd Apr 2014

I have been using this pole for a few weeks doing community fishing on Arizona. At first it was a little hard to cast. I have gotten used to casting this pole with good accuracy. To date I have caught two trout, three bluegill, and six catfish. Looking forward to buying extra rods for other fishing situations.

    OUTSTANDING!

Posted by John Minnesota on 3rd Sep 2013

Does what it's supposed to do. Caught fish every time out. Fits in my Duluth Pack lumbar pack or the glove box in my atv and even the cargo pocket of my pants. Was impressed at how well made it was.

    Perfect

Posted by Unknown on 15th Aug 2013

This was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. The size and weight is just perfect. We have a pond and it's so simply for him to keep this in his backpack and its always ready to go. This is a perfect gift for anyone that has an interest in fishing. My kids love it too because of the ease of casting.

    Awesome rod!

Posted by Unknown on 18th May 2013

This is a sweet little pole! It takes a while to get used to casting with it, but once you get the hang of it you can cast tiny spinners pretty far. The sensitivity of the rod surprised me being how stiff it is. You can feel small fish nibbling when you're jigging. Overall nice rod, good construction, fun to use.

    Rod will not dis-assemble

Posted by John Ferreira on 23rd May 2012

I found this rod very hard to assemble, it was not just a push and twist, now I can not disengage it.I tried it a short time on the water and [I can't get it to] cast as easy and far as claims were made by the manufacturer
