    OUTSTANDING!

Posted by John Minnesota on 3rd Sep 2013

Does what it's supposed to do. Caught fish every time out. Fits in my Duluth Pack lumbar pack or the glove box in my atv and even the cargo pocket of my pants. Was impressed at how well made it was.

    Perfect

Posted by Unknown on 15th Aug 2013

This was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. The size and weight is just perfect. We have a pond and it's so simply for him to keep this in his backpack and its always ready to go. This is a perfect gift for anyone that has an interest in fishing. My kids love it too because of the ease of casting.

    Awesome rod!

Posted by Unknown on 18th May 2013

This is a sweet little pole! It takes a while to get used to casting with it, but once you get the hang of it you can cast tiny spinners pretty far. The sensitivity of the rod surprised me being how stiff it is. You can feel small fish nibbling when you're jigging. Overall nice rod, good construction, fun to use.

    Rod will not dis-assemble

Posted by John Ferreira on 23rd May 2012

I found this rod very hard to assemble, it was not just a push and twist, now I can not disengage it.I tried it a short time on the water and [I can't get it to] cast as easy and far as claims were made by the manufacturer

    Wow!

Posted by Tyler Parfait on 6th Apr 2012

Took a few casts to get it down, but once I did it cast like my 6' rod with less effort. The first fish I caught was longer than the rod. It is a conversation starter and a good/fun/practical rod. I will be only using Emmrods from now on. Way to revolutionize fishing.

    excellent, most compact rod available!!

Posted by Buzz on 5th Mar 2012

When I was looking at purchasing a combat rod, I was a little hesitant because of the lack of reviews but after taking a chance, I couldn't be more happy. the combat rod is not only the most compact rod available but it is also a solid performer. It works great paired with my pflueger president spinning reel. I can cast farther than a full size rod with much less effort too!! Good job emmrod, you really nailed this one!

    Awesome little fishing pole

I bought one of these a few months ago and love it. It is great for taking into hard to reach areas and for canoeing or kayaking. I like it so much that I'm getting ready to order another one.
