Wow! Im just really impressed!
Years ago i bought a packer at a marina and have used it ever since with great results. I finally got up and started looking at other models as im getting into backpacking public hunting land again and looking for more easily packed gear. I ordered the handle only pack rod and added in the 7 coil universal rod. Just got this sucker in about an hour ago and man am i impressed! I know the 7 coil is a bit longer, but boy is this thing sensitive! I always tell my kids "you break out this rod and youre gonna find out real quick who open and closed minded!" Then someone sees you cast with it and it just puts a happy "told you so" grin on your face! I couldnt be happier with my new pack rod. Emmrod customer service is out of this world helpful! Ill be back for a battle rod shortly! Keep up the great work Emmrod, youre creating customers for life and those customers are passing it on to the next generation.

Great Little Rod
This rod was a blast to fish with. The set up I used was this rod teamed with the 20" 4 coil top water special & a Zebco Bullet. The set up felt real nice. This rod is top quality. Best fishing purchase in a long time.
